The Church of the Redeemer, in partnership with The Episcopal Cathedral of the Incarnation, will serve as Baltimore’s teleconference site for this year’s Trinity Institute Conference: Values in Action on February 2 & 3, which takes place at Trinity Church Wall Street New York City. This year’s conference features leading, theologians, authors, and experts on how to integrate core values into strategic and effective action, including Presiding Bishop Michael Curry; Michelle Alexander, author of The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness; Pádraig Ó Tuama, poet, theologian, and mediator; and Jose Antonio Vargas, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, filmmaker, and undocumented immigrant. Friday night, February 2 is free and open to the public and includes an opening worship service and a keynote speech.  Saturday’s (2/3) paid conference day includes lunch. Registration is required.
